Jos & Eli make their eagerly awaited HABITAT debut with their ‘I Can See’ EP on the 26th March, featuring the highly anticipated tracks ‘Refraction’ and ‘Lucidia’. Since 2010, the pair have continuously refined their craft of club-focused power that moves both mind and body, appearing on esteemed labels such as Diynamic, Stil vor Talent, and Watergate Records among others, and receiving consistent support from the likes of HABITAT label bosses Mind Against, Adriatique, and more. With their ‘I Can See’ EP, the duo delivers a focused and expressive statement that positions them confidently within the melodic house & techno space. ‘Refraction’ opens the EP and sets the tone with a cinematic atmosphere, where subtle synth lines are layered over hard kicks and fizzing pads, building into transcendal breakdown that percolates peak-time euphoria. ‘Lucidia’ follows with a more introspective mood, weaving emotive melodies and a pulsating bassline with soft vocal harmonies, showcasing their ability to balance sensitivity and drive. Closing the EP, title track ‘I Can See’ kicks into a rhythmic groove where soaring synths shimmer above a growling low end, the two moving in tandem in a call-and-response working their way to a momentous drop.
